Since foundation, Yuxin's philosophy has been to acquire and implement worldwide best practice and technology into its operating systems. Through cooperative research with universities and scientific institutes both within China and abroad Yuxin now holds a leading position with respect to all of its product areas. For example:
In a joint project with China GALink Aviation Technology Company Ltd, Yuxin became the first and only company in China to produce rod-less aircraft towing tractor chassis. As a result of this project, China became just the fourth country (after Germany, the USA and the UK) with a company holding proprietary rights to rod-less tractor chassis production.
Through the use of technology acquired from DISA Industrieanlagen (Germany), Pangborn Corporation (USA) and Spence Engineering (USA), Yuxin now produces shot blast machines used in the preparation of steel. These machines are now a leading product for the company as they have replaced many imported products and are now widely used in Chinese shipbuilding, including at some of the countries largest shipbuilding facilities in Shanghai, Xiamen and Tianjin.
Yuxin and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences (CAAMS) cooperated to develop new hydraulic drive technology for belt conveyors.
Yuxin developed and holds proprietary rights to a process for the ceramic coating of conveyor rollers that considerably extend the life of these components when used in corrosive environments.
